SEO Required for New Site

I have a website in a fair competitive market, the site is new and does not rank well with Google and does not appear on page 1 in Google or any search engine.

Would like an expert who can do it all really, fix non-Google friendly page/s, improve search results etc.

I dont know how much something like this would cost but if you are able to achieve the desired results backed with references and portfolio we can arrange a preferred payment method within PPH.
