SEO optimised: Home page content (500 words), 5 x Blog posts, 1 x Website META

I need the following for a Birmingham based Tree Surgery company.

Home page content (500 words), 5 x Blog posts, 1 x Website wide META data (description and title)

I want this to be based upon low competition keywords with reasonable traffic. I want the focus keywords and competition level sent prior to any writing.

The blogs need to be both SEO focussed and interesting so I can promote on Twitter so I'm open to the keyword analysis being done before deciding on titles.

Ideally I'm looking for an SEO expert and writer, rather than splitting the tasks.

If you think that traffic could be gained from adding specific pages (e.g. emergency tree surgeon, Kings Norton) then suggest away, I'm open to further work.
