SEO optimisation of a Wordpress website

I'm a marketing consultant at an IT company, looking to redevelop the SEO on the company website.

I'm looking for someone who can work remotely with my support to go through the 150 website pages and optimize as many pages with relevant keywords and meta tags.

I've done all the keyword research already. I just need someone to input them into the website using SEO by Yoast.

This isn't a difficult job, but will just take some time. I need someone who had reasonable English understanding.
