Seo for current website

Hi there
I currently have a website which i built through a site builder but because i
had no previous knowledge beofre I have encountered the following problems
Summary of current problems (specific to wix site)
Single page being indexed
Single meta data submission
USA domain servers (search engines will think you're in the States) can be changed in Google geotargeting, but not ideal.
Difficult to index current content
Additional articles/content will carry no seo value
No direct/tel support from host
No ability to name additional pages

I hope to get a new site built using wordpress soon but in the meantime I would like the following being done to existing site if possible

New meta data - 1 page
keyword research
New current home page copy
Google map placement
Google geotargeting
Google site verification
back links pointing to site from blogs & forums
Article submission
and A report detailing link locations
