I have a small website with very bad search results in Google. I checked recently Google webmaster tools and saw that i have a lot of crawling and URL-errors.

Can someone please help me to fix that and optimize my on page SEO. For the main issues a little advice and support would be enough, as i really want to understand all mechanisms for the future.
