SEO and Website design for e-commerce and social media platform

We are a small 3d printing company. I would like to highlight our dice rolling towers for RPG. I need someone to build our website into an e-commerce platform. I would like our website to have “motion” – I want it to show the dice rolling down the castle stairs and the printers printing the castles (but that can be done at a later date). I need a social media platform (although maybe not facebook, makes me nervous) Instagram and snapchat at a minimum. I want our clients to be able to tag us on their Instagram posts of our products. The social media sites and advertising needs to funnel back to our website for purchase. I want to SEO for 3-4 dice rollers and 2-3 dice holders (as add ons or stand alone). If chosen I would like you to continue to spend 1 or 2 hours a month looking at the analytics and adjusting the SEO component and maintain the social media sites (if necessary, with technology advances and new services). RPG experience is a plus. Please submit budget breakdown for all deliverables, experience, client referrals, and examples of your work.
