Senior UI creative designer required

We require a Senior UI creative designer with a proven track record so as to help us establish an elegant, customer-focused interface for our website. Are you able to understand the consept of the user experience. Can you make something complicated really easy to use and understand for the most basic of user. If so then we need you for this project.

The website is live - We want you to produce the UI design (provide Visuals - PSD) and we will take care of all the programming work.
