We would like to use the SendInBlue API to integrate a subscribe form into the footer of our website. The design is already completed and can be seen here - http://prntscr.com/10dn37o

It is a simple one field subscribe form. We need the email address to be added to a certain list on our SendInBlue account.

The ideal candidate will have experience in PHP, HTML5 & the SendInBlue API.
