Seeking WordPress & Web Designer for Friendly forum

I am looking for someone to help me create the structure of a forum dedicated to the world of technology, using WordPress and the Astra and BuddyPress plugins (or other plugins if necessary). Please note that this is not a design project, as I only need the basic structure and a rough layout, which I will then customize myself.

The job entails creating a homepage with the main sections (Home, Categories, Events, and Contacts), a navigation bar, and a section for featured discussions. In addition, there will be several other sections for various topic categories.

I already have a basic idea of the structure I would like to use, which should be consistent with a provided scheme and color palette, but I am open to suggestions. The main focus of this project is on the creation of the forum structure, rather than its customization.
