I need a designer who can emulate this web site https://drivinginstructors.drivingtheory4all.co.uk/
It searches the UK Government DVSA website for driving test cancellations. I need to be able to charge a fee to individuals, who only buy one licence and also allow institutions to bulk buy licences which can be allocated when they need them.
