Script for a calculator web page

To duplicate a calculator page we have on our current website on our new website. The template has changed, and the energy calculator built into the old site is not formatted for new template.

THE NEW PAGE is not formatted but you can see the new link below. The original code/formula does not format or function properly and we have no further access to the locked template. The new page is here:

This is wordpress, but it was originally built as custom script (I think Java). We could built it in a prebuilt plugin, but client wants similar look/identical function to the original.
