Description
Experience Level: Entry
After putting a specific value called 'login_info' in the local storage, import it in the react project.
Afterwards, when the local storage value called 'login_info' is changed arbitrarily, the react project should detect it.
display console log when change is detected console.log("change")
* React does not change the value of local storage.
* Situation example: If a value is set in local storage from outside, but the local storage value is read in react before it is updated, there is a problem with reading it as an empty value. Therefore, it is necessary to detect whether the value in local storage has been updated.
- React does not change the value of local storage.
- We are currently changing the local storage value in the PC installer developed by Electron. They are running a react website in an iframe.
- However, there was a case where the local storage value was changed in the Electron program, but react could not detect it. (Accessed as non-member)

1. JavaScript.
2. Post the result on your Github and give us the url link.
3. I would like to see examples of both class components and functional components.
But if either is possible, work with functional components. (I mainly use useState and useEffect in functional components, but I couldn't use them in old projects made with class components.)
