Safety Critical system analysis - including Hazop and Fault tree analysis

this work invloves looking at a case study of a steam boiler system and coming up with a safety requirements statement and architectural design document.

A description of the system using UML is required in part 2 of the document. HAZOP and fault tree analysis must then be performed in order to come up with the safety requirements of the control software and the architectural design. This part should also include a discussion of the IEC 61508 standard and how it applys in this case.
