I need someone to review my two websites

www.yorkshireaccountancy.co.uk
www.rapidpayroll.co.uk

These sites have dropped heavily in ranking since Google updates. I suspect I have some bad linking.

I need the sites reviewing for bad links. I then need a ready to upload file for the Google Disavow tool.
