Responsive Portfolio Website - Web Developer/Coder required to Custom Build

Hello.
I post this request in order to find a qualified web developer that can help me build a "RESPONSIVE" Photographic Portfolio website this request is for.

The most difficult part, making the design is already done, the description is formulated as detailed as possible and should not leave many questions open. Please ensure you read the full description before applying to the job.
I would like to see some of your previous work examples when you apply.

The design stands pretty solid, so I only need someone that can code it efficiently and make it work just as described.
It needs to work trouble-less with all common types of browsers (keep the same format and work as intended).

I have attached PDF images AND THE FULL DESCRIPTION that allow you to get a solid idea.

BASIC INTRODUCTION:
You will have to code a custom built - not Wordpress or similar - responsive Photographic Portfolio Website for me.
So it needs to have some kind of user-friendly platform (or FTP? frame or foundation!?) implemented, that allows me to upload images and organize their sequence conveniently myself, without the hassle of changing the code myself every time.

PREVENT PEOPLE FROM SAVE COPY IMAGES:
Are there any options for you to program the site in a way that someone can not just copy/save the images from their browsers to their computer without screenshots??
That would be brilliant, so please let me know if you are able to do that!!!

TIME PERIOD: The entire Job should be finished within 4 to 7 days. The shorter the better. Please give me an estimation on how long you think this is going to realistically take.

SEO: the site needs to be coded SEO friendly. Ideally it should have a representable google presentation such as the site of "clay enos" appears on google (just enter those 2 words in google and you will see what I mean! Also words such as photography and other related words must be implemented in the code, even if the words might not occur on the site itself. But I am obviously not an SEO specialist, thats one reason why I hire you :)

Statistical Abilities:
I want to be able to follow advanced site traffic statistics such as described, SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN DO THAT!

Handbook:
I need a "sort of handbook", containing detailed instructions on how to maintain the site independently myself after the job is done.
Also how to use the "ftp surface" upload images and how change their order (sequence) or change passwords and so on.

Hosting/email/domain:
I have 2 domains that need to be implemented. I have no hosting yet. Would it help if I sort out the hosting myself? Or is this something we should discuss/ do together?
The URL's and the hosting need to be linked and set up for me please so that everything just works as it should.
Also I need you to configure 2 or 3 email addresses for me.

Communication / Skype.
I want us to be able to communicate via Skype, in order to resolve any troubles or miss-understandings efficiently for good general communication, even if there may be a big time difference, depending on mine and your location.
You may have questions which are not answered in this description as well as any queries you might encounter which I haven't thought or something that isn't very clear, this needs to be communicated before the coding starts!

Ability to make corrections:
I tried very much to put in the attached PDF as much information as possible to make it easier for you to judge the amount of work which you will have to put into this.
In case there is a miss-understanding or something in the final result which does not match the design or site quality, you need to allow me to express certain corrections and execute them in order to get it just right.
Best would be to ensure solid communication first hand and then this should not even be the case.

Obviously I expect both of us to have a little bit of flexibility regarding this build, as there may be a few things needed changing, adjustments made etc on both sides.
