Responsive Landing Page and Email implementation from design to HTML

General information for the website: We sell Software and Hardware to consumers primarily in the United States

Description of every page/module: We have a general design (in PSD form) for a promotion we are going to run this month. We would like someone to implement the design into 2 pages: one is a responsive WEB landing page and the other is a responsive EMAIL. There is no Javascript required - we will add our own signup form after the initial implementation is done.
Description of requirements/features: We REQUIRE this work to be completed using HTML plus the UI Kit responsive framework since our web and email is already built around this technology.

For the landing page, our website is in Ruby on Rails, so that HEADER (navbar) and FOOTER are automatically added. This page only needs to implement the main content DIV.

For the email the design needs to be complete, include 100% inline styles, and all images must be contained in a uniquely names images directory that we'll host on our CDN. We will provide examples of existing emails to the winner.
