Require a professional web frontend developer

Require a freelance website designer to initially design a 6 page website for my business. The design will be integrated into Zend Frameworks. Need cross browser comparibility. Freelancer should have proven experience with HTML 5, CSS, Javascript and have a flair for good looking graphics.

There is the potential for further work subject to how phase 1 goes. I am looking for someone who can deliver the project relatively quickly.
