General information for the website: I need to remove a redirect that is currently in place

Description of requirements/features: I have a domain which has been pointing to a web page of a different website. I have now installed Wordpress on the domain and wish to remove the redirect. However, we have been unable to identify where the redirect has been placed to remove it so a little investigation work is required.
