Description of requirements/features: In the cart page, prices can be displayed in three different currencies, USD, GBP and EUR. Previous developers had built an automatic rounding feature which rounds the total price to the nearest .5 (for a cleaner look). This is a problem now, because the daily price should be fixed at USD 9.95, GBP 6.50 and EUR 8.95. Because of the rounding module, prices are often showing incorrect by a few cents for USD and EUR prices (since it's rounding the total price to .5). GBP prices are always correct because the default price requires no rounding.
We need you to find, and remove the rounding module (we can't help you find it, because we didn't build the website).
