Remote Technical Client Communication Coordinator

We are a software development team looking for an English-speaking technical communication coordinator to support our international client operations.

Responsibilities
Join client meetings and discussions
Help clarify project requirements
Coordinate communication between clients and developers
Support project onboarding and ongoing communication
Assist with documentation and meeting summaries
Maintain professional communication with international clients
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet communication
Professional communication skills
Basic understanding of software development workflows
Organized and reliable
Preferred
Technical or software development background
Experience working with remote teams
Experience with international clients
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Work Style
Remote
Flexible hours with partial timezone overlap
Long-term collaboration preferred
Compensation

Compensation depends on experience and level of involvement. Both part-time and long-term contractor arrangements are possible.
