RELISTED Joomla v2.5.x Component Required for a Sports Prediction Website

I require a Joomla v2.5.x Component to be built for a website on which a Tournament (Euro 2012 for example) will be displayed.

Users will be able to predict the outcome of Events within the Tournament (these Events are defined and populated by the Site Administrator).

The Joomla Component is required to allow Club Users to enter their prediction for a given event via radio buttons.

This Component will appear READ ONLY until a user has registered and logged into the site.

Once registered and activated by the Club Manager, the Club User will be granted READ WRITE access to the event so that they can set the Radio Button for each Event, and save their choices.

The registration / login Module, will manage user accounts and access to individual events.

Cost – I have relisted this job with an open budget as some felt that my total amount last time was too low.
