I have a personal web site written in ASP.Net (VB.Net) and SQL Server as a backend.
It contains family photos.
The WEB site has no registration and login for visitors. I would like to close the web site from not registered visitors with my approval of registration.
All file folders must be protected. Registration must be with CAPTCHA to prevent automated programs (bots) from creating member accounts. There should not be the ability to open any page without registration and login.

I'll give the required for development code.
