I need a product manager to guide design and workflow for our tool, working with stakeholders and customers to improve the look and flow. The tool is built in laravel, php and mysql and is sold to HR functions of medium/large organisations internationally to run their bespoke 360 degree (multi-rater) survey programmes. It works well but we think the design and workflow could be improved. We will also need a sales demo version to be created.
