I need a form redesigned for an existing laravel Website. Also, currently the data is sent to an email only. I want the data also to be saved in a Google sheet + MySQL database.

I can give the gitlab repository and SSH access to the server (an AWS instance). The gitlab repository has a merge request pending. You'll have to check the codes, past gitlab activity, live server codes and do what's best.
