Real estate website with calculator, API integration and...

I want a real estate Investment website created and designed together with a calculator on it and the ability to get data from zoopla.co.uk API.

The data will be fetched from zoopla.co.uk via api

1 Development and design of a great looking and working website optimised for both computer and mobile devices, according to my liking with real estate investment calculator
 for which I can supply some of the formulas

2 The calculator will have the functions I request like different calculations and also the ability to generate reports with photos and graphs or charts and those to be shared to social media or just downloaded in a pdf


3 The calculator entry fields should be able to be automatically filled by users pasting a property listing link from zoopla.co.uk but also manually too

4 The calculator/web page with the calculator should be able to display graphs and charts and additional data from zoopla.co.uk not limited to average house prices, market statistics Number of properties sold, trend in prices and more


5 The property listings that are gotten from zoopla.co.uk api should be able to be filtered by type of properties, condition, HMO licence, return on investment, below market value, reduced price, time on the market, proximity to town centre and other parameters...

6 I want to be able to have unlimited UI/UX alterations if I am not happy with something


7 The website should have Dynamic functions

8 Users must be able to create profile/account


9 User must also be able to save property listings they like or want to look at later in detail and do the calculations
10 Users can buy subscriptions for different levels of membership and of packages or website functions

11 User should be able to get notifications if certain property listing prices change

12 Payment method integration for subscription [onetime/recurring] payments.


13 Additional features should be able to be added in the future as needed


14 The website should also have a store where I can list Items for sale/add property listing and send notifications to specific site users/members who are interested in certain type of property or specific location or price range or some other criteria

15 I would own all copyrights, code and all elements and objects.

16 I need a simple admin area so I can manage memberships, listings and store myself easily.
17 users should be able to invite friends via email and social media and get discount/voucher for reduced subscription/membership
18 When searching for listings, user should be able to search by different criteria (to be decided)
19 content management system so I can edit and manage content easily and add, remove, approve bookings, content and profiles.
