Re-design existing 2000 word post in WPBakery on WP website

We have an established WP Website which is built mainly in Classic Editor but with some posts built in WPBakery.

We have several jobs on an on-going basis but the first one would be to re-design an existing 2000 word post and get it ready to re-publish in WPBakery.

We would like scope for Call to Action buttons, featured snippet boxes, videos embedded, responsive drop down menus such as FAQs etc as the post is extended in the future.

There would be on-going work, fixes and redesigns after this first job.
