Raspberry pi to run local.network application which can be connected to by any local device eg. phone/laptop/tablet.
Webpage displayed where wifi network and password can be remotely configured for raspberry pi.

Submit/Save Button
Once configured Raspberry PI should connect to WIFI using the details provided.
If unable to connected to WIFI the local.network page should remain active/configurable.
