We would like someone to integrate an existing API for an Affiliate Company that we use and integrate the same STYLE form as our existing quote form for a website. The form must be the same Colors and fonts and behave the same as the current form. We have all of the documentation for the API from the company. The current form on our website is just TEMPORARY and a new form will need to be created to host on our server. We need a BID within our BUDGET for the complete work from start to finish.

    1. Should the new form submit data directly to the API, or do you want to store submissions locally (e.g., in a database or email) as well?
