Quote for website development

I need a quote for a brand & website package to submit with a grant application. I already have a quote I am happy with but I need to submit three quotes with the application. I am happy to provide a copy of the existing quote so you can quote like-for-like.
To be clear, the fee I am offering is for the quote only. I don't expect to get a full brand & website package for £10 but I am prepared to pay for a quote because it's likely I will go with the quote I've already got and don't want to waste anyone's time.
