Quiz Game Website

I am looking for a web developer that is capable of creating a quiz game site, which recognises a unique player code (to access the game), randomly selects questions from a large database, provides multiple-choice answers (pre-loaded within the database), includes a timer for each question, and displays a results page at the end of the game.
The website will also need to capture the players' personal data, prior to the game.
Reporting is crucial, in order to gather the players' data and also view their quiz-history and achievements.
