Qucik Help needed with cgi-mail submit button

Experience Level: Intermediate
I am having a problem with getting my submit button to work for an on-line order form to be sent to my email account. This only occured after updating our website and cleaning out old stuff. Don\'t know how cgi mail bins works etc.
