I need a programmer who can:
-Create a web app which has a GUI (that uses a login and OTP)
-The web app scrapes from a Website (usernames)
-Web app scrapes some passwords from a dummy (keepass) passwords
-Imports this data into a database, then output the data onto the web app
-This should allow the scraping to be done daily, so the data is updated
