I am working with a developer who is setting up an application for me based on his current platform and consists of a server console and client console. I have requested that I wish to have the server console on my Microsoft server. Following this he has requested the following.
“”Webservice is build on .net 4.5 WCF. It means your IIS server that will host this tipster service must be configured so the .net 4.5 web application will be able to run on IIS server. To publish web app from Visual Studio there are two options: Web deploy : FTP”” I am uncertain on how to provide this so I am requesting paid assistance with providing him the necessary applications and what ports if any I need to open on my firewall.
