PSD to XHTML Conversion

Hi,

This job is about conversion of PSD to XHTML and comprise 1 homepage and 2 inner level pages.

Few things to keep in mind while development:
1. When you click on client area it will show the login panel otherwise it will show only client area with 4 pixel color.
2. If we rollover on any link in the main nav then sub navigation box will appear with some effect.
3. Logo should have link.
4. Live Chat - there will be 2 images, 1 for offline and 1 for online.
5. Main header will have the functionality like in http://www.slicemachine.com/. Only difference will be the center blue box will not work like this it will be separate and having 3-4 animation frames may be in gif or flash.
6. HM helps at every step - Whenever u rollover on any icon it will show a box like it showed in jpeg.
7. In the bottom of the page, there are 4 white boxes of which the last box is in rollover state as shown in jpeg. Likewise other boxes also will be having rollover state. Functionality will be like in

Requirements for our project which I mentioned below:

Hand coding pixel-precise PSD conversion to W3C Valid XHTML / CSS
Page Weight Optimization for Size & Load Speed
Cross Browser / Platform Compatibility { IE 7, Firefox, Safari, Opera & Chrome }

After development also it should be w3c compliant.
