PSD designs to responsive HTML5 with Bootstrap3

We are developing a new web-based CRM app for real estate agents. The designer will provide similar designs of about a dozen different screens in PSD format (with versions for desktop, phone and tablet). I need those turned into responsive HTML5 using the just released Bootstrap 3. I'll also need some help with jQuery and CSS for fine-tuning the UI and making widgets work.

Work must be done quickly once the PSDs are provided. Using Bootstrap 3 is ESSENTIAL.
