Prototype Creation of a Search Engine-Events Based

An Events Based Search Engine that will be starting in Singapore.
Firstly I would like a prototype template created for what I am asking for. For example, I am looking for a easy way to create a very personalized event. There will be some components I am looking for. 1st, a easy click and use of what the customer wants. This has to be easy to use and clear. Colors and design is not important I just want to see what you can do for me at the moment.
Event type - Budget - Purpose - Themes - F&B (CHOICES) - Special wants These would all be linked to companies and a synchronized calender. There would be a calender based on the customer's choices in the date. If Customer A has July 17th as his choice. The calender would automatically search based on his choices/wants all the companies that can accommodate his needs on that date. The company will have their own calender to update which would allow the system easy access to see which are free or not. The companies then would be listed for his choosing in an organized manner. (Their profiles should be a template that we can easily input into the system each time we make a new addition)

It is important to keep it all linked.

2nd. Regular updates of emails should be sent to all profiles/ companies if they did not update their calender on regular basis. There should be a linked system where I have the main calender controlling this.

3rd would be a top 100 list. always updating based on the companies best performances in events. For example if a bakery were to be stealing all the business and gaining all the business. They would be on top of this list where it will be automatically updated based on business and reviews. There should also be the links towards a possible twitter/insta/facebook account.



There should be links to suppliers, freelance, musicians, companies etc. And a easy to use template for example where we can ourselves add

We're presently looking for a prototype and if we like your idea/ work we will be happy to work with you more to create the finished product. You can have until the end of July to give a proposal. There is an attachment to give a clearer picture. We are looking for a clean and easy style with the design not important at the moment.

I understand the budget is low at the moment but I am willing to hear offers and I am flexible about the price. Although like i said it is still a Prototype I want to see first not the actual thing itself. The goal of this Search Engine is to cut out the Event's companies and build an easy way for customers and businesses to do conduct their events.

I am looking for a creative company that I can trust and work with in the future. We intend to have a long relationship and work more with them in the future.
