Project organising and marketing a webinar

We have a series of webinars planned of which we have already held one - our current VA is moving into other work, gradually reducing her hours and we need to find somebody who can pick up this project. Other work could result if we work well together on this project. We need someone who can project manage, market via Twitter/Linked In, and organise the webinar with EventBrite and our webinar platform
