Programmer Required To Complete Unfinished Website

I require the services of an experienced Programmer who has extensive knowledge in PHP, Joomla, and the integration of API's to do a few different tasks which my previous developer left unfinished and wasn't able to complete due to a lack of knowledge. Some of these tasks will include: Integration & possible customisation of API's, Creation of custom forms to be linked with API's, Instant quote calculator. API documentation can be made available.
Only people who are able to commit themselves and get this work completed in the minimum amount of time possible should apply. May be more ongoing work for the right person.
