I am looking for a programmer/developer to help me create a Bitcoin exchange (marketplace). This job will basically involve creating a website VERY similar to the following:

The justcoin.com site released their exchange's back end as an open-source project on GitHub, which could be used to build this website.
Please note that the goal is to create a Bitcoin/GBP P2P marketplace, not simply a website that accepts Bitcoin payments.
A programmer located in London or the South East would be ideal, as I would prefer to meet in person to discuss project requirements.
