Programme to download streams from WiFi Cameras

I am looking for someone to create or provide a programme to be run on pc or Mac, that can record the transmissions from WiFi cameras. I have two different types of WiFi camera and would like them both to record to an external hard drive connected to a computer. There is to be no subscription or anything similar. One off payment and the signals should be able to download at high quality without issue from there onwards.
