i need a GPS tracking device protocol programmed correctly in to my GPS tracking platform the protocol is installed correctly but the gprs communication is not working correctly . you can login to the software with the details below
username - testing
password - password
Protocol excel document password is Topflytech
Problems that are as follows tracking platform send goes commands but I get a jumble up response hex code needs looking at
Device sends vibration alert to the platform but platform doesn’t recognise it
