Professional Wordpress expert

I need to have a professional Vlog created for me, that I can upload my videos too with ease. This needs to be in Wordpress format with a nice theme... It will also need to be connected to my pre-purchased URL... This will be mostly a video blog, so to have some good plugins for uploading videos will be a must... I don't want videos to just get re-directed to YouTube. I would also like to have an opt-in integrated on it with all of my social media channels available.

As far as looks, just easy to navigate and simplistic... Color scheme needs to be easy on the eyes, but energetic as well. ( this can be tweaked around)
