General information for the website: REAL ESTATE
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: 1. I need someone to develop a real estate website that has IDX integration and understands how to properly set it up.

This theme comes with optimal viewing on different devices which we will use.

2. Due to the limited pages of the above mentioned template I need a second website for the photo gallery that needs to be exactly like this but the options more simplified:

(we can perhaps use a free template for this and it also needs to have optimal viewing in different devices)
Also we will want to add videos to this site at a later date so the website must be compatible for this.

3. Each site must have built in ad-words on each page to maximize SEO.
4. Google Analytics
5. Update/revise logo design so that it aesthetically fits into this project.
6. Setup social media so all is cohesive
7. Ensure both sites and social media link up.
8. The next project is online marketing these websites through Google....
