Professional html Email Signature to be imported into Outlook with no spam issues

Description of requirements/features: I require a set of email signatures for a company to be coded in html and a single email signature for another company. We will do one email signature first and test it before going ahead and doing the others. A design will be supplied for how it should look, but this is flexible dependant on the code and if we may need to make compromises for it to be coded correctly.

I have had email signatures done previously and they haven't got through spam filters and have caused no end of problems, we also don't want it to increase the size of the email too much either. Both these considerations MUST be adhered to when agreeing to do the project hence why we are trialling it with one signature for the moment and all tests should be carried out prior to supplying the code that it gets through to mailboxes.

This is for a professional client and we need to ensure that the html they receive works when tested and then we can go ahead and create the signatures for all other members of staff and one other single email signature for a different company. All graphics, images needed will be supplied.
