Posting web site form data as a Lead in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (eg using SOAP)

We have a web site with an enquiry form on it. When the enquiry form is filled in we require the information to be posted into Microsoft Dynamics CRM which our client has hosted. The enquiry information on the form we have consists of:-

- Name
- Company Name
- Tel
- Email
- Address


HOW IT SHOULD WORK
===================
1) Our current enquiry form submits to an asp page which sends an email confirming all the details in the form. When this is finished we would like to call a page (eg form-crm-post.aspx) and pass this page the form variables in a post and this page will then submit the information to Microsoft Dynamics CRM then redirect to a confirmation page.

2) The form information will be posted to the "Leads" section of the dynamics CRM.
