Postcode Booking System & Website Backend Development / Design

I need a website designed and developed, which will allow people to book a delivery to their house.

The user needs to search for their UK postcode and to be shown local delivery options in their area.

A company will register themselves and be able to offer services to users in their area.

Once they are registered, the company will publish their packages on the site and customers will be able to book.

The company will login using their username/password and then will add their working hours, their packages and time availability.

The company can only complete 1 at a time - so when a package is booked at a specific time it must be made unavailable.

Also, depending on the package the company may take longer to do the service and need to be shown as unavailable for longer. For example a small service might take an hour, but a full service might take 6 hours.

Companies can receive order/booking through system on their emails and in their admin system and can also print the order/booking

The customer needs to have a 'cash' option that they pay in person.

There also needs to be an online payment method where the money is paid to me and I can release it to the company when they have completed the service, minus a commission. I would suggest PayPal integration for this.

A customer needs an account section where they can check previous orders and can rebook again.

Admin must be able to see ALL information of every company and customer.
