Polish existing Squarespace site

We have an existing Squarespace site - that is using an un-modified template.
The functionality and structure of the site is fine but I would like to have it polished in order to make it seem less like a template and more in tune with the new logo and brand mark.
We would like something sophisticated and image-based with simple design for the content.
Expected changes include:
-New fonts and style sheets for the main body content and headings, and perhaps menu items.
-New colour scheme to match the logo and brand mark.
-Improvements to any areas that look "wrong" in present form, including the mobile site version.
Any suggestions for improvements are welcome. The site is designed to be easy to read and informative to our audience.
