NOT SURE if this is web development or database development
I am looking to develop a backend for my current website. The brief is as follows

- Customer orders----> choses to pay via online or opt for credit --> we receive order --> order is processed through the platform, sent over to supplier --> receive paperwork --> forward to client and wait for approval --> upon approval send confirmation to factory --> once order shipped, confirm on system which generates emails to client

This is a basic gist, all is done on the system, almost by just a click of the button. the platform it used to minimise manual work and automate the whole process.
