Pinegrow component block library and plugin

General information for the website: We make sites using Pinegrow
Description of requirements/features: I need a Pinegrow expert user to build me a huge collection of component blocks and also convert into a pinegrow plugin.

I estimated around 100 - 200 blocks will be needed to begin with (though flexible on offers for this) working towards a goal of 1000 eventually . I will organize and provide all code for the blocks. Willing to listen to offers for percentage of that. For example we could build 100 blocks and the update the plugin when another 100 have been added. Willing to work to milestones on this so work is ongoing.

A huge emphasis will need to be placed on semantics, so some edits will be needed to the code, mostly removing certain styling (fonts etc) I imagine. For example no doubling (or at least very little resulting double code when block is used. It should be easy to organise code once a site is built using the blocks.I can't emphasis that enough and will need to be discussed ways to reduce bloated code. Its very important that blocks can easily be used to build static websites afterwards.

Once the components are built they need to converted into a plugin for pinegrow. I can describe this as similar to how the kelvin pine plugin works, crossed with how Visual composer plugin works for Wordpress. IE easily change the background color, background image, font size etc

There is a lot to think about here, only apply if you are familiar with pinegrow. Please quote pinegrow at the very top of your bid. Please don't clog up stream with pointless already answered questions because your credits have run out ddue to mass bidding.. Bidders who can show examples of experience with pinegrow will have a HUGE advantage, eg small example of basic plugin

Budget is flexible. As is timeline. Future work could include converting the resulting plugin to Pinegrow wordpress as well as updates and possible other pinegrow plugin development. Open to offers and changes to the scope. Will be accepting bids for 30 days.
