PHP website setup and layout.

I really need someone who can think and who wants to do good work for a great boss!

I am looking for freelance workers to work on our website. This is a long term proposition if you can finish projects on deadline. The project is a 40 year timeline project and work will be ongoing.

This project is now over budget and deadline and I am completely frustrated at not being abale to find someone to build the site for us. I need someone who is competent in Joomla, who has some creative ideas to contribute and who can read a basic description and work independantly.

I want someone who bids because they understand the work, not just because they want the money.

The website is australia2050.com, (there are no valid contact details on this site yet) the work left to do is mostly moving things and tidying up, also adding a couple more modules. I need someone who can customise the templates etc to meet our needs.
